Xiaomi subsidiary brand Black Shark has confirmed that its latest smartphone, Black Shark 3 will launch in Malaysia on April 30, 2020. The smartphone series made its debut in China by introducing two variants.
The standard version of Black Shark 3 comes with a 6.67-inch FHD + display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 270Hz touch sampling rate. It features a 5G Snapdragon 865 chip with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The phone with a 4,720mAh battery is also equipped with two capacitive buttons on both sides of its ‘right’ side for gaming.
For the Black Shark Pro, it comes with more functionality and a larger screen and battery capacity. In addition to featuring the same refresh rate and touch sampling rate as the standard version, the Pro version comes with a 7.1-inch QHD + OLED display. The included battery is also larger than 5,000mAh apart from offering two mechanical buttons on its right shoulder.
The two rear cameras of this phone variation provide a tri-camera fixation that places a 64MP main lens, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP bokeh lens. The front camera also provides a 20MP lens that is placed on the top.
Prices for the latest Black Shark series mobile games have yet to be announced.
