Netflix recently added its latest functionality, Screen Lock to the Android version of its app. As the name implies, the latest functionality is designed to prevent Netflix viewing interruptions as users themselves touch the screen.
To activate this Screen Lock function, all you have to do is press the option located in the bottom left corner of the screen. Once activated, the Screen Lock label will appear in the bottom center of the screen, and will disappear within seconds.
To turn it off, simply tap on the lock icon and tap on it for the “ Unlock controls?” Prompt . to further enable the user to use the playback control button function.
The addition of this functionality will certainly help users enjoy Netflix with minimal disruption.
In addition to adding this functionality, Netflix also updates the Parental Control settings by adding new functions such as locking an individual profile with a PIN number. Additionally, the content filtering function is also enhanced in addition to increasing data usage limit restrictions.
