Pos Malaysia has recently announced the latest contactless system integrated with Pos Laju delivery. According to him, customers no longer need to confirm via identity card or signature when receiving delivery.
Through this latest system, the recipient will be given a 6-digit verification code based on the items received. The code will be sent by Pos Malaysia via SMS on the same day as delivery. Users only need to verbally notify the code to the postman who sent it.
This allows delivery by Pos Laju without having to make physical contact, thereby reducing the risk of infection. Postmen can also be asked to place items delivered at the entrance of the house or office by the recipient.
Customers are also reminded to provide the latest and correct mobile phone numbers to enable this latest functionality to be used. This is important to ensure that users receive a 6-digit verification code for delivery via Pos Laju.
